It just would not be the same and as well received and enjoyed as it is, if it were not for you and CHC Caterers.
We realise the extreme conditions under which you “labour” in that dark passage way at College and never cease to be amazed at the pleasant demeanour of your staff as they serve the ladies, let alone the delicious meals you produce! Well done and a thousand times well done to each one!
It is always such a joy working with you, Wade and more latterly with Jon. I remember the early days of the After 5 Club at the Imperial Hotel, but come to think of it, you also had a rough time there! And you have always come to our rescue with your excellent catering. I even remember the early days when you were at Dillons in Boshoff Street and I had to cater for functions at College, when Les was president of the Old Boys for many terms and when I had to contend with the old matrons, how you gave me advice for quantities and suggestions for catering for large crowds!! Those were the days and now I am in my “mature” years and you are in your prime!! Although I do notice some grey hairs appearing Wade!
Well it’s good to keep going while the going’s good and we still have our health and so many abundant blessings.
May you and your families and the whole CHC Family have a wonderful and blessed Christmas and may 2012 bring you much joy and fulfillment.

Wow! Thank you so much for everything you did for the launch last night. My afternoon went pear-shaped and I was so grateful that I did not have to stress about the food & set-up. When I arrived (much later than planned!), I was blown away - The table layout was fabulous and the food amazing. Also really appreciate that you took the time & care to find out our corporate colours and just did it!! I know everyone was very impressed and it made the Marriage meander look great! I think the evening went off so well and it seemed that everyone really enjoyed it. CHC has a great reputation and I have always been impressed with what I’ve seen, but it has been such a pleasure working with you first hand.
