A big thank you to you and your staff for contributing to making Roche and Mandy’s wedding day perfect. The food was first class, perfectly presented , elegance sufficiency and served with a friendly face. It made Ken and my evening more enjoyable as we knew our guests were in good hands. Our guests raved about the dishes served and we enjoyed our meal just as much , Roche and Mandy felt they couldn’t have asked for better.

I though it very necessary to take the time to commend your team of staff that was at our service for our wedding held at my parents farm in Hilton on the 18th December. It was absolute bliss for my wife and I to know that everything was looked after and taken care of, during all phases of our wedding, preparation, the actual evening and cleanup. Never once was there an incling of worry about service delivery, from your staff.
I must also take the time to make special mention and a huge thank you for your team leader, Ryan. His professional attitude and attention to service delivery is outstanding, the service to the bridal couple and our guest during the wedding celebration is highly commendable.I really believe that this individual needs huge praise, the manner in which he portrays your company and his work ethic is fantastic. His nothing is a problem attitude makes a some what stressful event in a groom and brides life a very hassle-free episode. I must commend him on the detail of ensuring the bride and groom were always happy and satisfied with the quality and quantity of food and drinks during the evening.Guests ranged from top surgeon, doctors and lawyers who all gave huge commendation to the food, staff and brilliant service.
I must compliment CHC for there outstanding service and trouble free attitude, I would most definitely recommend and put forth CHC’s name for any catering requirements in the future.

Just wanted to say a very big thank you to Ryan and his team for the way they looked after us on Saturday, 23 0ctober, at the College wedding of Nick and Sara du Plessis.
The rain put an end to the post-ceremony photos and brought our order of the evening forward by around half an hour and without any complaint or arguing Ryan promised it wouldn't be a problem for the starters or mains.
The canapes were fresh and hot on the cold afternoon.The staff friendly, helpful towards the guests.The chicken wrap starter was delicious and ready on time, even after we gave late notice to bring it forward in the plan of events.The mains was fantastic, plenty of food to go around, I was sitting at the last table to eat at the buffet and all were fed well. Dessert went down very well and was enough for all the guests.
With Tyron and I being the Emcee's, Ryan was always available for us to chat and check times on the next event and when meals would be ready, nothing was a problem for him. I am proud to say I was once apart of the team.

This is a very belated thanks for everything you did on our wedding day in Ixopo. You really helped to make the day run smoothly and took a huge weight off my mind. On the morning of our wedding your professionalism eased any fears I had and I settled and enjoyed everything. We had a great many comments about how good the food was, and this again was quite an achievement as we had a variety of guests who all seemed to be happy. One elderly lady had declared in advance that she didn't think she could eat a whole lamb shank, but we never heard any more about it. In addition, a number of rugby playing and/or farming types commented on how there was plenty to eat!

Hello Wade,
Well I’m back at work (Grrr!) as Mrs Manson (Yay!) and I just really wanted to let you know how incredibly HAPPY Tyrel and I were with EVERYTHING!
Honestly, Wade – so many newly marrieds had warned me that things will go wrong on the day, and I must just accept it and no-one else will notice etc etc .. but I can honestly say that I cannot think of ONE SINGLE thing that went wrong!
The service was excellent, and the food brilliant - everyone has said so ! It was exactly how I imagined it .. especially the starters .. and the cheese platters fed us all EARLY into the following morning, and last but not least your brownies were the BEST!
The marquee looked just incredible – I could not have asked for more ! After our last guests had left us in peace .. after 4am I might add … Ty and I sat at our table with a glass of wine, just so we could appreciate our beautiful tent one last time!
A HUGE THANK YOU TO YOU WADE, FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK. It was awesome to have you on board – would not have coped without you for sure, and it was just an added bonus that you and I have the same taste!
Thanks again Wade – I really appreciate all you did for us ! Please extend my gratitude to Michelle, (she did an absolutely unbelievable job), Bronson and John. Bronson was extremely organized and I felt 100% relaxed with him in charge on the night!
